I know the rest of the country is SICK of the snow, but we don’t get it that often in Seattle.  We were in heaven… Blog Snow Day 02-09-14-1 Blog Snow Day 02-09-14-2I actually covered up the best part of this jacket with my scarf.  It’s got this super wide collar  and double breasted buttons.  Vintage Nordstrom that I’ve had for 15+ years.  I got it at this hole in the wall thrift store that went out of business-so sad, but LOVE the coat! I SO wish I had gotten a picture of Maya when I went to get her out of the car.  I had given her a PB&J wrap to eat while I was taking my pictures.  She opened it up, licked out all the PB&J, and then ate the wrap.  Do I need to tell you that peanut butter and jam were EVERYWHERE??  Thankfully it wiped right off the faux leather jacket, and her jeans were dark!

Honestly, Maya was happy as a clam since we were at a park.  I can’t believe how much I’ve changed since starting this blog in September.  I used to be embarrassed if a car happened to drive by in my neighborhood while I was shooting.  Now, I set up my tripod just about anywhere.  Today, there were 4 carloads of high schoolers eating lunch while we were doing this.  No problem… haha 🙂
