This was another one of those days where it had been rainy and 10-15mph winds all day.  Earlier in the day, Maya had had ballet.  We made Monster Cookies for my father in law (recipe coming soon!), and then the rain broke!  I asked Maya to go pick out a dress to get dressed to take some cookies to my parents too.  She wasn’t all that interested in picking a dress, so I suggested one of my favorite dresses that for some reason she never wants to wear.  Suddenly she said “ok”!!!  I got so excited, and totally wanted to get pictures of her in it.

I should have known better… Riiiiiiight about now, it started raining.  Maya’s in this stage where she does NOT like to get her hair wet.  As long as she has a hood or an umbrella, she’s totally fine.  But she was having NO MORE pictures after this…. So, we headed over to my parents.  This is the only real picture I got of her adorable dress ;{
