So many times when I’m in the mood to wear something, I’m in the mood for Maya to wear something similar.  I try really hard to make sure we don’t leave the house totally matching (sometimes I’m too braindead and it happens…)  Most often it’s our shoes (like yesterday!).  In my defense, Vans and Converse are so flipping cool and comfortable, that I don’t even think it should count 🙂

Basically, they should be a mom staple…

We had to go over to my parents to pick something up, and of course had to play on the one step that Maya loves…. Normally, I think Maya wins all of our “who wore it best”, but I really love these polka dot Vans!  SO hard to beat the classic check ones that I scored for her at a thrift store though… She seriously has SO much fun just going round and round on this little stair entryway… My mom got these last ones of me with Maya.
