So yummy! A great variation to basic chicken salad.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and diced chicken
- 3 stalks celery
- Handful of frozen peas (optional)
- Handful of cashews, chopped (toasted, optional)
- Handful of raisins, chopped dates and/or grapes
Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
