I have totally been drawn to super wide leg denim lately. Sadly, my legs are SO short that I need to hem or fake cuff them and then even with that wear 4 inch heels. That is SO not happening on regular basis. It was fun to dress up like I did before having Maya for a little bit though… Um…see? Running after her in 4 inch heels. NOT GOOD. This is her look after I’ve been yelling “Maya, stop! Maya…stop running!!” FINE… These were my 2nd jeans I distressed. I bought them at a thrift store for cheap ($2?). They were a bit worn, so I figured I just go all out and make it look like they were meant to be that way 🙂 On me…

Seattle really gets a bad rap in regards to how much it rains. It really is so beautiful from about June-October. November and December are touch and go, but then January hits. January and February are the months where you just want to get away. Anyways. It stopped raining for all of about 15 minutes this past Saturday, and we bolted outside. It started sprinkling when we were taking these, and then started pouring again at the end. If you look closely, you can see the rain drops 🙂 LOVE THIS ONE! I’ve been determined to try different combos this year. Break away from my “uniform” of skinny jeans + sweater + comfy shoes. Well, this is baby steps. I decided to stop saving these “going out” jeans for “going out”. I love how they look with basic tee and sneakers! The coated material is great too, because things just wipe right off! On me…
